DescriptionDudley George “Hap” Jacobs was a well-known surfboard shaper. Among his accolades is his creation of the Jacobs Surf Team that included Robert August, Lance Carson, Mickey Dora, Linda Merrill, David Nuuhiwa and Donald Takayama among others. This is a Jacobs Surf Team jacket. It has long sleeves and zips up the front for closure. It is red with a thick black stripe along both sleeves. The black stripes have smaller white stripes on either side of them. There is a "Jacobs Surf Team" patch slightly above center on the back of the jacket, and the wording is stitched in blue. There are two black outlines on the patch, and the patch itself is shaped like an ivory colored surfboard.On View
