Description"Teacups" (Obie J Rhodd) taking a break from traffic control. A party at Herb Oelke's Laguna Beach house in the 1950's. Dick Metz Collection. See more information in description. Dick said that Obie (naked) was from Santa Monica and his dad owned a printing shop so they would use it to print fake ski passes. Dick said that Glenneyre street would get super busy so they would take turns directing traffic naked.
