DescriptionBalsa wood from end cuts from balsa wood surf boards made at Dale Velzy's shop in Venice, CA, about 1958. Chic Eubank was introduced to Dale by a friend name Smittly Von Sternberg, a shaper for Dale at the time (he was also introduced to Hap Jacob at the time). Chic had the end cuts in his possession from 1958 until March 24, 2010, when he sold it to Dana Blocksage.On View
