DescriptionClear Foam, with 6" balsa stringer. Shaped for Jack 'Murph the Surf' Murphy. Hobie "Parole Board" presented to Murph when he was released from prison. Signed on the nose by Phil Edwards (he shaped it), Ronald Patterson, Sandy Banks, Danny Brawner and Flea - they were involved in constructing the board. Murph was involved in the biggest jewel heist in US History - in 1964 he and others stole the Star of India and other precious gems from the Museum of Natural History. The board is featured in a TV series Mystery at the Museum.On View
